The Cowboy State Games is an Olympic-style program created throughout the state for amateur athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Since 1986, thousands of individuals and teams have achieved personal goals and victories in the annual Games. They all have been a part of a great Wyoming tradition of amateur competition that symbolizes the true spirit of Olympic-style sports. The Cowboy State Games provide Wyomingites with the incentive to train and the opportunity to compete.
